Situated in the Boulouris Panorama holiday complex in the highest row of houses, this cottage offers a breath-taking view of the sea from its private terrace. Guests can enjoy some unforgettable evening sunsets—which are as equally spectacular in autumn—and the glimmering evening lights along the coast at night. It is also a perfect spot to marvel at the summer firework displays, which frequently take place on the stretch of the Côte d’Azur during the summer months.
The cottage was completely renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail. The ground floor consists of a large, light-flooded living and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A modern and purist guest shower room has also been cleverly integrated here. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and the other with direct access to the garden and terraces behind the house.
The house is fully air-conditioned, and guests have access to the internet, a television, and BBQ if required. The holiday complex also has a large communal swimming pool, which our guests are also invited to use. Moreover, the house also includes a large garage for secure parking.
