On the villa’s ground floor, there is a very spacious living and dining area, which offers views of Saint-Tropez. Holidaymakers here will appreciate the upscale cooking experience in the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, from where there are also some fantastic, unhindered panoramic views. The master bedroom—with ensuite dressing room and bathroom—is also located on this level.
With large panoramic windows and ensuite shower rooms, the remaining three stylishly furnished bedrooms are located in the basement with the snooker room and hammam.
This prestigious and luxurious villa is air-conditioned and alarmed. Guests are therefore guaranteed an excellent stay for their holidays!
The Gulf of Saint-Tropez is one of the world’s most beautiful and exclusive holiday regions, inspiring the likes of Pablo Picasso as well as many other notable figures. Saint-Tropez is famous for its marina, as both the mooring hub for some very impressive yachts and as a magnet for celebrities and influencers. The Baie de Pampelonne is the largest sandy beach on the Côte d'Azur and a hotspot for the international jet set, who enjoy themselves in the famous beach clubs Tahiti Plage, Club 55, Nikki Beach, and Aqua Club.
Saint-Tropez is home to numerous exclusive restaurants and boutiques that appeal to high-class international guests. Although less than 6,000 people live in Saint-Tropez, it attracts over five million visitors a year. Properties in this area are especially sought-after due to the unique location, scarcely available land, and its Mediterranean flair.
